We recognize that quality is every bit as important as price and prompt delivery. After all, a Steel component isn’t much good if it doesn’t meet your specifications.

High-quality fabrications have been the hallmark of the Egging Company.

Our approach is unique; We strive to build quality in, rather than inspecting for problems after the manufacturing is complete. We provide an onsite training program that enables machine operators to recognize any potential problems early and remedy the situation in the beginning of the process. Our quality can best be seen by the lack of quality problems-the result is an exemplary record of quality.

Most parts are subject to completion of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Process and Production Part Approval (PPAP) According to Section II-Truck OEM Specific Instructions of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) PPAP Manual. In Process testing includes various measurement techniques including a Romer 7335 6 axis Portable Coordinate Measuring Machine, Custom made Master Rings and Bore gages, Micrometers and other mechanical measuring instruments, FNS Paint Thickness Gage, Gardco  Paint Gloss Meter, Film Hardness Tester, Gardco Adhesion Test Equipment (ASTM D3359-09e2), ACT Laboratories Orange Peel comparison etc.
